Pricing

Three pricing options are available:

• Mass & Pay-per-use
  
• Mass & Fixed-capacity term; and
  
• Mass & Turn-key and customized solutions.

Pricing depends on which option you choose, type of resources needed, volume of resources consumed, workload or workflow, priority of jobs, lead time of resources sought, services needed to support the application workload or workflow, and overflow work (if any).

Grants & Financial Support

RMSC welcomes resource inquiries from all qualified businesses, universities, educators, government agencies, and tribal entities. We strongly encourage women, minorities, and persons with disabilities to participate fully in RMSC and COE programs.

RMSC provides several types of grants and financial support to help clients access our system and services. Clients conducting proprietary research can join RMSC's Corporate Affiliates Program. Instructions, eligibility guidelines, and applications are available upon request.

 

RMSC Grant & Financial Support policies are evaluated regularly to ensure responsible administration of resources and award selection criteria. As such, they are subject to change at any time.

 

Network Access

Network access is via any secure ISP internet connection. Current access providers include: Northern Tier (for R&E networks, Internet2, NLR, CANARIE); 360 Networks, Bresnan Communications, and others. Software- and hardware-based Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) are available.

 

RMSC itself is not strictly a business incubator. RMSC allows business incubators and technical assistance centers to leverage the state-wide, regional, and international capabilities of RMSC, its Centers of Excellences, and IBM Computing on Demand (CoD) to drive job growth, secure competitive advantages, and ultimately foster sustainable economic growth.

 

RMSC's unique public-private partnership business model is highly cost-effective and thus directly supports research and development by "flattening" the playing field for entrepreneurs, small-to-medium sized businesses, and academia.
